I have been devoting most of my free time to RC helicopter research. There is so much neat stuff to learn.

I am always amazed by some of the products available to RC enthusiasts. While looking for some helicopter parts, I stumbled across this motor. I am in awe at the manufacturing that would be required to create such a beast.

I guess the only real reason I got involved in RC helicopters was because of this video. I can't help but watch this video over and over. Maybe someday I will be half this good, but I won't hold my breath. I think it looks like a lot of fun though.

The first one is something called a GP2X. It is a device that runs Linux and allows for nerds to program things directly into the device. I can use my Linux box to do development and everything. For those who care, you can read more about it here.

That covers the Linux hobby. The next hobby I am interested in is RC Helicopters. I was lucky enough to also receive a small remote controlled helicopter called the Eflight Blade CX.
